Super-Villians don't wear undergarments, I'm pretty sure it is written in their handbook. don't worry, I don't think I'll be spending as much time on the witch in the future. This one was special because it was page 10. Maybe for 25 I'll do another "good" comic.
Don't mess with the Witch. Obviously the goon didn't know her very well.
